Parking was easy. Front desk staff very friendly and helpful. Liked the variety of beverages and snacks for purchase in the lobby. Close to our destination.

Clean place and friendly staff, very close to the restaurant and entertainment. We will definitely stay here again.

I left my shirt in the closet. I messaged and emailed the hotel a couple of days afterwards but they just don't bother replying.

The staff was exceptional!

Breakfast area. AC did not work call the front desk twice. No one ever called back are showed up. Called back ask could we change rooms, she said maintenance coming to check it plus we have no more rooms. The next morning told them how hot and uncomfortable it was. He goes to say why they just didn’t move you to another room. I said really she to me it was no more rooms. So I will never stay here again.

The staff were great and quick to respond to an issue with the room. The room was “clean” but could have really used a finer detail to the cleanliness.

Had a great time, parking was easy the place was clean. It was in a great area of the city.

Cannot recommend. Too many issues with property, location great if you plan to focus 100% on Ybor City…otherwise, best to get to get downtown hotel.

The parking situation could be improved. There was plenty of parking once I found the lot. However, they want you to self park and figure out how to pay online without any assistance from staff. I don’t expect to have to do things self service and it did not work for me. I tried numerous times and had to get the staff to eventually override the system and enter it in self because they cannot use the automated system successfully either. For the rates charged here wants to expect more full service, not do it yourself. One has to ask for everything.
