The bed was comfortable which is important to me as I have a bad back. The staff went out of their way to help me. I got lost trying to get from car rental to shuttle pick up. They were VERY patient and helpful.

I liked it fine, but I noticed the carpet in outside halls needs changing. Some update improvements needed, but everyone was nice , the beds comfortable.

Airport pickup is fast. The driver arrived in 10 minutes. Room is clean. Friendly staff. Breakfast is better than I expected.

The room was small but clean and comfy. The air conditioner was really loud but no complaints aside from that. The staff was friendly and helpful.
