perfect stay everything was close by

There was mold and water dripping from the ceiling of the shoer. Additionally, the bathroom door doesn’t close at all because of rusty paint and the room of the room as well doesn’t close and need 2 people to open because it was blocked or miss fit. I would not recommend this hotel.

Room was clean. I could hear the people above us flush their toilet. They were extremely loud. The ice machine didn't work on our floor. The bathroom was small and outdated TV kept losing signal

Our stay was great. Room was clean, spacious and comfortable. The only complaint I have is with the parking prices. I understand its downtown Tampa, but still seems steep. Cost as much to park our car for 3 night as a single night stay.

I was charged for internet access even though I was told it was free. I have been a Hilton Honors member for 20 years, so this was especially disappointing. In addition, when I needed transportation from the hotel to the cruise port, the reception staff suggested a taxi service and the valet called the driver for me. We ( 2 persons) shared with 2 more people I was charged $30 for a very short trip to the port. The taxi driver even mentioned that they have an arrangement with the hotel/valet staff. Overall, this experience felt misleading and unprofessional.
