Very clean property. Rooms were good, but the A/C unit below the window is LOUD. Thermostat on the wall controls the temp but the unit was crazy loud. That’s really the only complaint. Everything else about the property was fine and the people were very nice.

One thing. I wished that all the outside doors to enter into the building were by card key only, people staying there only with their room keys. The back entrance key pad did not work and was unlocked.

Quick nice stay

Excellent hotel, it helps that it's very new, super clean, comfortable bed. Great location close to Tampa airport, very quiet room even though it was looking out at a freeway. Great amenities in room, but would have been nice to have a box of Kleenex tissues. Also, A/C was very noisy when starting up and shutting down, had a weird growl and rumbling noise. Elevator was out of service (things break) but they were kind enough to give me a room on the 2nd floor close to the stairs so it wasn't a big deal for me. Overall a very pleasant stay.

All ok

No elevators were working so has to carry our luggage up and down flights of stairs. Rooms were clean but very noisy and the bathroom smelled like sewer gas.

Perfect stay for a weekend getaway!

I enjoyed my stay. It was in a great location, close to my venue. I would book again!

It was clean

From the moment we stepped into the lobby, everything was clean and smelled so nice. The front desk clerk was very friendly. The elevator was on the fritz so we had to use the stairs, not a big deal if you don't need to make too many trips to your car. The room itself was extremely clean. My only complaints were the super bright parking lot lights streaming into the room. The curtains did little to keep out the light. Love them for safety outside but not really easy to sleep. Also the beds are not very comfortable. I would rather have slept on an air mattress. We only stayed to be close to the airport because we had an early flight the next day. For one night, not a bad place but plan to wake up not well rested.

The hotel was not right across from the airport. The elevator was broke so we had to carry our luggage up the stairs.

Clean as it’s new but there are no extras. The elevator was broken twice in one week. Door lock mechanism to room was hard to operate to get into the room without a struggle and once could not open the door to get out of the room. If exchanging towels do not give up your shower mat as you will not be able to get another one. Bought a toaster for the room during our stay. Great location.

Once I notified the staff, they responded quickly and moved me to another room immediately, which I appreciated. Unfortunately, by the time I got settled into the new room, it was around 1:45 a.m., and I had to be up at 3:30 a.m. to catch an early flight. I tried to relax and fall back asleep by turning on the television, but it was not set up and prompted me to sign in with my personal Google account, which I was not comfortable doing. After lying awake for about 15 minutes, I decided to get up and head to the airport early. While I understand that equipment failures can happen, the malfunction affected my sleep, disrupted my travel plans, and left my belongings damp. Given the inconvenience, I believe a complimentary night's stay or similar accommodation would have been appropriate. That said, the staff handled the situation professionally, and I would stay here again. Hopefully, my next visit will be free of any unexpected air-conditioning adventures.
