The front desk staff was exceptional - very welcoming and hospitable - when we advised about the unusually poor service at breakfast, they immediately rectified the problem. Special mention to Harena, Michy and Jaselyn. More attention is needed to the consistency of Housekeeping services- on the first day - every seemed perfect; then on subsequent days - we stayed 5 nights, sometimes there were no hand towels, sometimes, sometimes the mirror was not cleaned well, make-up removers not provided on a daily basis. Overall, the stay was satisfactory.

The room was clean and the staff was outstanding. I would highly recommend hotel Alba to any of my friends and family.

The location was great near 2 malls with several choices for eating. They also provide a shuttle that will take you to both miles or anywhere within 3 miles. That kept us from having to use Uber. The staff Anthony, Mechi, and Jay the shuttle driver were all awesome. My hotel room had a great view of the water, bed was very comfortable and they even put a personalized welcome on my tv. Hilton boutique hotels are always my go to. The pictures on the website is exactly what you get no fluff just real.

Amazing staff and location

We had a great weekend at this hotel and enjoyed the pool area and coffee bar in the mornings. The complimentary hotel shuttle was a huge plus!

Loved it loved the pool area loved the bartender very helpful rooms where clean and the only upset was a sewage mess when I turned on the water in the bathroom

Everything about this stay was perfect.

Most convenient place to stay. Walking distance to grocery store shopping mall with theater and great restaurants. Plus shuttle to and from airport.

We enjoyed our stay here for one night. We liked that the room was clean and comfortable. The airport shuttle was also convenient. When you land, contact the property and they will contact the driver and schedule you a pick-up. There is a mall and a Publix both within walking distance. Use the crosswalks as the intersections are huge and very busy with traffic. We travelled with our toddler so it was important to have a location where places were walkable. The hotel was a short distance from the cruise port which was the reason for our trip-Cruising! If in the area again, we would definitely stay here again.
