The pools were wonderful for our family and we had great service in the restaurants.

Cool hotel built into a rock formation. Not sure when it was built but it’s older but they take good care of it. Pools are neat. 2 main that are connected. Rooms are bigger than average. Ours did smell a little like weed when we got there. We stayed off season so it was a phenomenal deal.

The restaurant was very delicious!

This place is amazing. The pool and entire hotel is set into a cliff with multiple hot tubs perched about. Just jaw dropping!

It’s been at least about eight years since I’ve stayed here at this hotel. The hotel and property grounds itself is nice to look at… however on my first night there, there was a humongous roach crawling around the floor in our room and also there was someone’s eyelash that was stuck to one of the pillows which was kind of disgusting to look at unfortunately. The food at the pool was not any better either, VERY PLAIN & not much flavor- I ordered ceviche and it was not what I expected. It was more like a shrimp cocktail so I was a little disappointed with that as well. The last thing that I will say is that the waterslide there definitely needs to be made to be more slippery. You have to push your way yourself throughout the entire way down pretty much, there is a ton of bees everywhere on the pool deck, as well as inside the pool on the bottom of the floor. I’m not sure if I will come back to stay here as I felt what I paid for was honestly not worth it. I wanted to so bad, to leave such an amazing review because I used to rave about this place when I first stayed here. But I don’t think that I will anytime soon, sorry for this type of review, but this was my honest experience this weekend.

Came here with a group of family for a birthday celebration in Phoenix. I cannot say enough good about this property. Everything was clean and well maintained. Rooms were larger than most and very nicely outfitted. Our entire family, all rented rooms, no one had a single issue with this hotel. Its close to the airport, check-in was courteous and prompt, rooms were clean and nicely updated, restaurant food and staff were great, pool was large and felt like a tropical paradise, provided hours of fun for the family. Even the giftshop was nice and had what we needed. Be prepared to walk a bit, and it takes a few hours to get the layout down. The property itself is absolutely beautiful with meurals and desert plants. It has a wonderful view of the city over a short hike. Highly recommend staying here. We loved it and will certainly be back.

This place is amazing. We enjoyed the beautiful resort with the two pools and hot tubs. The gym was nice. Room was great. Roomy with a nice view of the distant mountain esp during sunrise. Other side has terraces. Very close to airport, about a 10 min drive. Even has a really good high dollar restaurant on site. Would stay again. Has resort fee of $17 per day and parking of $15 per night, but even so this place is worth it.

I chose this hotel for my last night in Arizona thinking it would be a nice and beautiful place to relax before my flight home. The pictures make it seem like an oasis, but what’s not shown in the pictures is that this property literally sits smack next to a huge highway with super LOUD traffic noise at all hours. The rooms are in a separate property than everything else- it felt like I was staying in an abandoned hotel. The grounds didn’t really look maintained - had almost an apocalyptic feeling, like I rolled up on a set of the walking dead. I needed assistance from the front desk at 9pm and called multiple times and no one answered. And because the front desk is in a different property, I didn’t feel safe trying to walk to it at night, it felt creepy. I also set up a wake up call for 5:15am using their automated system for an early flight - the call never came. Fortunately I set up a back up alarm and was up on time. I feel stupid that I paid twice as much as other hotels in the area thinking that I was upgrading my experience. Total waste of money and very disappointing for a Marriott. I didn’t use the pool but that part did actually look nice.

Nice; a bit pricey

Staff was very helpful and the pool was awesome. Had dinner and that was awesome as well.

Wanted to come again only issue non smoking rooms, not hypoallergenic; had guests next door smoking weed and it was brought up to the attention of staff twice but was never addressed. Leaving odor, in room to the hallway to the parking lot and having to deal with allergies and asthma. Not a good practice, it could have been addressed or offer to stay in another room.

everything was great
