Great place to stay. Clean & quiet.

The problem is the lack of transparency. Guests should be informed of all parking fees upfront rather than finding out later that additional charges apply. If the hotel chooses to charge for multiple vehicles per room, that policy should be clearly disclosed at check-in and visibly posted on the property. This experience left me feeling misled, and I hope management improves communication regarding parking fees so future guests are not caught off guard by unexpected charges.

It was a great place . Highly recommend

The location was convenient and easy to find. Check in was quick even though I arrived after 10 pm. The room, linens, and bathroom were spotless and the lights were on when I opened the door. I would recommend this inn for a no-frills place close to ASU and the light rail and at a great price.

What really stood out was their honesty and customer service. After I checked out, I realized I had accidentally left my JBL Bluetooth speaker in the room. The staff actually called me to let me know they had found it and held onto it until I could come back and pick it up. That level of integrity and attention to guests is rare and greatly appreciated. Overall, this was a fantastic experience from start to finish. Clean rooms, great staff, and outstanding service. Highly recommended!

Great location

Good location, safe, from outside looks like a regular motel

This is the best place I’ve stayed in Tempe in 4 years. It is completely updated and cute. A quaint motel. Very clean and in the perfect location to ASU. Such good value for the money!

The room was very comfortable and clean. The location is very convenient to ASU. I was not aware of any amenities.

The outside was very deceiving. The rooms were clean, new, and the beds were awesome. Tje girl who checked us in and out was very friendly. Great value and would stay there again. Outside needs a little TLC, but the rooms were very clean and love the decor.

Convenient

The staff was friendly, easy parking and air conditioning works. It is close to ASU and walking distance to the stadiums. Overall very nice!

Noisy location right by busy street. No pool or hot tub. Really just a sketchy motel. Do not recommend

Clean rooms and friendly staff

Room and property were clean and location was great. No vending machines of any kind-ice or snacks-so get those before you check in. $3 fee if you don’t return the key card.
