The price was reasonable and the vending machine It had a very bad stench in the hallway and the room

The only good thing about it was the drink machine It’s supposed to be non smoking it smelled of pure smoke, The staff was unreachable I had to call customer service directly for them to get in contact with the staff and even then it took them an extra 20 minutes to show up, there was hair everywhere in our room from the towels to the bed and roaches and spiders climbing the walls, it was very unprofessional the guy at the front desk told us there were no rooms available even though I paid in advance and he gave us a key and said go see if you like the room and made us leave all our belongings downstairs with him while we had to go up and look for the room(he gave us the wrong room number)

They have not given an answer about my refund, I requested a reservation that they cancelled without notifying me.

Location Roaches plus had to wait for over an hour to find someone to check in cause lobby phone was broken! I checked in late an had to wait over an hour and then security guard helped me! This was unacceptable and the first room I was checked into was infested with bugs visible to eyes the second room the A C wasn’t very cold I will never stay at extended stay again it’s horrible!

Nothing I checked in late night there was no one at the desk, they had a phone on the wall, saying if you press zero you would reach someone, but no one answered. I sat outside for 40 minutes with my children, and then on top of that the air condition in the room barely worked, and there was roaches dead in the tub.

I would never recommend anyone stay at this location… I checked in and checked back out in less then 30 min. I wish I could get my money back but I know that’ll probably never happen. My room was stink and dirty. The fridge had exterior rust and the bathroom shower had dirt, hair, and debris in the cracks where the caulking is. My shower head had a bad leak and the furniture inside was terrible. In all my experience was terrible

The lobby smelled of fresh cleaning products once you pass to the elevators it smelled of animals and other non-clean smells. The room had a smell also and run down appliances and walls.
