Amazing staff, great facility, wonderful breakfast. An 11 out of 10!

Everything was clean and well stocked. The staff were very kind and more than helpful with any questions I had. Breakfast was great each day we stayed. Having a kitchen with a full fridge and freezer in the hotel room was life-changing. Beds were comfortable. I would definitely stay again if we’re ever back in the area!

I do wish there pillows and the beds were a little comfier but everything else was great.

This chain of hotels delivers what any traveler wants: quick service, easy access, clean rooms and surroundings, high quality sheets and towels, a comfortable mattress, and in-room amenities like a micro wave, refrigerator, real dishes, and toiletries. Only one time in my stays have I found shower soap dispensers empty. Well designed parking and a roomy lobby are a plus. I would hope the the selection available at the check-in desk would include more beers and alcoholic drinks in the future, and the addition of a hand held shower wand would be appreciated. I will be back every time I travel if possible.

I paid over $400, and it smelled like a wet dog in the room. Things were clean, bur the smell was very powerful

Breakfast just OK barely. Hard boiled eggs didn't seem fresh and were really over cooked...

Our room smelled so terrible we could barely breath. Rotten food, wet dog, mildew, truly awful. The smell came from the dishwasher but we got in so late that we were too tired to change rooms, so we ran the dishwasher hoping the smell would go away, but it didn’t help. Would not have booked this hotel if it weren’t for all the 9.0 sparkling reviews. Never staying at a Home2 Suites again.

The pillows were terrible, very flat, even when we doubled them up. We had an empty shampoo dispenser in our shower when we arrived. There was also no bedding for the pull-out sofa, so we had to go to the front desk to get some.

Amazing breakfast spread. Staff was very friendly. I needed to stay an extra night and they were very accommodating.

There was fresh fruit for breakfast with eggs, bacon , juice. The fresh yogurt was wonderful. And an assortment of juice, coffee and tea

Other the that all the areas were clean and very nice. Up until that point we enjoyed it. Breakfast was also good. Just be cautious if you stay!

The girl at that front desk, Brea (I think) was absolutely amazing. She was so nice, helpful and welcoming. The elevator was out, but we just used the stairs.
