Building was poorly maintained, sheets appeared unclean, other guests were disruptive at 3am, and the entire floor smelled like weed.

This place is run down, not kept up at all. I had to request a second room because the first one beds were full of hairs. My colleague received two rooms with blood-stained beds and she moved hotels. My second room was tolerable in terms of clean bed and clean toilet and shower. The rest? I avoided touching as much as possible and washed my hands frequently. Baseboard was completely peeled off the wall. Light switches and walls had spots all over them. Curtains ripped and tattered. Did not feel safe in the parking lot either. Tolerated it because my stay was non-refundable. Would NEVER stay at a Quality Inn again.

The price and location - the staff was also very friendly - and the breakfast was good The light switches in the room were very dirty - the room/fixtures were outdated - the pillows were very tiny and hard to sleep on

Front desk staff was pleasant, responsive, and efficient. Pleasantly surprised that the room was straightened while we were out on the first full day of our stay. Something spilled in the bathroom and when we cleaned up the spill, we were pleased to see the floor was actually clean. Light bulbs burnt out. Mattress in sofa bed was disgusting. No place to hang clothes. No place to place luggage. Bathroom stunk. While it was acknowledged at check-in that there were 3 adults, I repeatedly had to ask for the third towel & washcloth as well as request bedding for the sofa bed. Mini fridge barely cooled down. We ended up using a cooler. No toilet paper in the public restroom. We informed staff but ended up taking a roll from our room to the public restroom. No hooks in the bathroom or place to put toiletries, etc. Towel rack broke. No grab bar in the tub/shower. Broken railing in the elevator was dangerous and unsightly.

The pool was closed with no warning or notification from staff. The room did not have a closet, iron or ironing board and the ice machine didn’t work.

The staff there are rude and judgmental. Took over an hour for us to get checked in. The lady that was checking Us in was intentionally making things harder. Had to call the choice brand whatever customer service to get any kind of help. Them after an hour of us waiting. Part of that in the rain. Outside. When We were able to get into a room. The one that we had reserved online in advance. paid for. Which the lady at the desk was able to fix it less than a minute when she decided to. So we waited over an hour at night time I'm talking this was like 10:30 when we got there we weren't into our room until midnight. The room that we were assigned you could tell someone had just taken a shower within the last 2 hours in it. The bed sheets have brown spots on them it seemed like somebody had maybe just left it but my confusion comes from how did we get a room that was obviously booked for that night that was obviously already used. Because either that lady did that on purpose. Or I'm trying to figure out how we were given a room that was already booked cuz it would have had to been booked for that night. Or you're telling me that someone checked out from that room over 12 hours before at 11:00 in the morning and no one flipped it no one cleaned it? That's hard for me to believe. Then in the morning what I brought this to their attention I was giving attitude and disrespected more. And nothing was done to rectify the experience we had. I'd recommend go anywhere else
