Rooms & space was clean, but dated. No pool even though that’s listed as an amenity. Breakfast was just ok. Staff was very friendly & kind.

The staff was friendly and the breakfast was good (although the bananas were very green and the omelets had a spicy pepper in them), but the price of the room seemed high ($219 plus taxes) for a night in Terre Haute, Indiana. The property and rooms could also use a little more upkeep.

Everything went great! The breakfast was good! The check in & check out process was easy! The beds were comfortable, even the trundle bed. The room was clean. The only problem we had was with the shower faucet where you pull the top part of the faucet up so the water feeds up to the shower head - this part was stuck & we couldn't get it to pull up. We worked on it for a while & finally got it to go up. Once we got it to go up, we didn't put it down again for fear that it wouldn't go up again.

We had an issue with the AC unit in room 130; water leaked and wet a large area of carpet. The desk clerk found us another room, but it was inconvenient as we were already unpacked and a bit short of time. The hotel was unable to compensate us directly due to our booking thru Expedia.

You know what I loved most about this room? The sofa/trundle bed! It was ingenious, and perfect! And it has convinced me to look for Springhill Suites first now when we travel as a family.

Very friendly and helpful staff, beds were very comfortable and room was quiet, no pool but we didn't need one, would definitely stay here again, thank you!

Washroom Door was not working, so it must be fixed before. Overall, it was excellent experience. I recommend it for overnight stay.

It was cleaned and quiet. The room was a nice size and surprisingly a cozy sitting area to watch tv. I always try and stay at a Marriott property when I travel.

Needs renovation. Very expensive for the condition of the hotel. Paid $230/night. Should have stayed at the casino hotel for $50 bucks more. Do not recommend.

The linens and towels were clean, however the carpet and sofa were dirty. Heavy dust on night stand, light bulb burned out and thermostat on wall was non functional.

The only dislike we had which doesn't have anything to do with our hotel suite at all, was the road leading into the hotel being very narrow and a huge manhole with a caution cone sitting in the middle of it. It was just a huge eye-sore upon entering the hotel road near their property.
