My room smelled like strong cigarettes. I told the staff and they said they cleaned the room. Someone was probably smoking under me or something I’m not sure

The staff were super friendly and the place was clean. Great location for what we needed it for. The pool was nice too. It could use some updating. Many of the interior and rooms felt outdated. Tv could be switched to smart tvs.

I used booking.com and apparently the hotel never had my reservation and was fully booked. I would never use booking.com again. This was a nightmare! I spent hours on the phone the day before trying to sort this out. I never reached an actual person with booking.com and it took multiple attempts to reach an actual person from the hotel as well. I keep getting the reservation center with was all automated.

Staff was outstanding but the property was dated and not up to the standards of a Hampton that I’m used to

The hot breakfast items were sub standard. We have recently stayed at other Hamptons, and the food just didn't taste right.
