Clean, small room for two with small bags Breakfast was Western style with limited and all the same items. Not tasty

I loved staying here! We were so close to the station but off a side street where it was quiet enough yet so many stores and things to do. We stayed on the top floor and it was a very nice size room and very quiet. They gave us water and towels every day and they have complimentary coffee and things you need like a toothbrush or face creams. They also have an onsen which is nice to relax in at night and laundry although it takes 2x to dry a load. I would stay here again for sure as it was 20 minutes walking to Golden gai and all the hubbub and easy to get any trains nearby. They also forwarded our luggage and were so nice to us! The first time we stayed we had a very small room so it seems to fluctuate. There was also ac. Super small bathroom but that seems normal

The hotel is in a great location, just one stop away from Shinjuku Station. There is also a nice and cozy onsen. The service during breakfast was especially warm and attentive. The hotel is located on a street whereIndian and Pakistani shops sell various goods and second-hand phones, so there is not much of a traditional Japanese atmosphere in the area. The room also lacked proper ventilation, and there was an unpleasant smell.

The location was great. The staff were helpful and kind. The price value was hard to beat. The bed was a little dusty and room was a bit small for two, but we made it work.
-
Very clean and staff was extremely nice. Needed to do laundry and they had a couple of machines on site. Near a lot of middle eastern / Indian shops which took away from the beauty of Japan.

Very wonderful stay!

Lovely clean tasteful hotel just a few mins from a train station. Comfortable beds and modern facilities. I loved the communal bath which was so lovely after hectic Tokyo days.

I did not like this hotel. The hotel room is very small. Almost impossible to move around with two people. My son woke up with two bites on his arm, which we now believe were likely mosquito bites. However, we searched for any signs of bed bugs and while we didn’t see any, we did notice that the mattress protectors had old stains on them, which is gross. I went to the front desk to ask whether they had any history of bugs in the hotel and they were more focussed on charging me 2000 yen for the hotel card I lost when quickly trying to pack up and leave the hotel.

Typical Tokyo hotel, small modern and clean with a nice onsen. The staff was very helpful. The area is a bit dirty (we saw a dead rat of the sidewalk) and a bit out of the way. The Wi-Fi was spotty and there's nowhere to eat on site.

Bed was super comfortable, the room quite big and everything was very clean.

Clean, comfortable and located close to transit

Minutes away from a train station. Many supermarkets & eating places nearby. Establishment is new with all expected facilities included. Will recommend to friends who are visiting Tokyo. Lack of space to fully open 2 luggage in our twin room.
-
Excellent location, right by the Shin-Okubo JR station. Great staff, great onsen, comfortable room. Lots of nice free amenities. Coin laundry was convenient. If I have to nitpick, there's a good chance you won't get any view from your window. This did not bother us as we were only there to sleep.

The location couldn't have been any better! A stones throw away from the train station which made commuting (especially to the airport with luggage) seamless and extremely easy. 7 Eleven right across the street and away from the hustle and bustle so not noisy at all. Room was very clean and comfortable.
-
really fun; only 15 minute walk to Shinjuku. The elevator stops at the second floor every single time which made us a little crazy, and the breakfast was garbage. No dairy free options and a very small American style breakfast with soggy bacon.
-
The lift stopped at Level 2 every time, which was a bit of an inconvenience.
-
Not much to say except the rooms are small, not easy to place a medium size suitcase or two so best to come with small bags. Bathrooms don’t leave enough space to hold personal toiletries.
-
Great. close to the train station Breakfast choices
-
Extremely clean, awesome shower pressure Breakfast options too limited, I prefer small buffet

Location was amazing! Short easy walk to the train station! Neighborhood was quiet but close to a lively street with lots of food choices and entertainment!
