The bed was very comfortable. The staff helped assist sending my luggage’s and were very kind and the best part it is located very conveniently to the yamanote line and made it so easy to get around Tokyo

The bathroom was VERY tiny, I was bumping with the objects while using it.

Clean Affordable Comfortable Convenient location Quiet Free breakfast There were a lot of foreign tourists, and many people were out shopping, but since there weren’t any microwaves anywhere, I think it would be convenient to have one.

We stayed for 16 days and used the hotel as a base. In the future the window s would benefit from double glazing.

The hotel is conveniently located right by a JR station and quite well maintained. However, it seems more like a hostel than a 3 star hotel to me. It's quite outdated. The bathroom is ridiculously small and it's quite inconvenient to move around even though I'm a small Asian woman. It's an o-k place to stay in if you just need a no-frills overnight stay option. I feel like it's more expensive than it should be, and there are better options elsewhere.

Room was clean, staff were great, close to major station. Lawson right across the road and a great ramen place 100 metres away.

Although my room was “clean” there were stains all over the walls and carpet. I found very few of the staff to be friendly and I found that even though I put a do not disturb sign on my door they still came in to refill supplies. Overall I probably would not stay here again, sorry!

We had a wonderful stay! The bathroom is really small, but it worked and that’s all that matters. Great location, right across the street from a Lawson’s and only a 7-8 minute walk from two train stations. Very quiet and safe!

The location was excellent — we could reach almost everything on foot except for Tokyo Tower and the Imperial Palace (which is clear from the map anyway). There were shops less than a minute away. It was perfect for spending a few nights here. The room was well-equipped, and cleaning service was provided. Overall, it’s a great value for the money.
