The apartment is very clean The place is not easy to find, the area is not very nice, not very good communication with staff (didnt reply as soon as they should).
-
This was a very nice hotel in a very nice location. Near the JR line subway stations and near shinjuku station. Big spacious room with lots of amenities including washer and dryer.
-
The name of the hotel isn't written on the building and because of that I lost time around it.

Location was perfect, extremely close to yamanote line, and Chuo Okubo line, equidistant to a family mart, Lawson, 7-Eleven and Don Quijote. They also had memory foam mattresses which helped after long days out in Tokyo. It showed the property as side by side rooms but our room was in one single line from door to the balcony.

Make it easier to identify the building it took like 45 minutes to figure out where it was and had to ask like 6 people to help us

Easy instructions.

Accessible to train station, grocery store, and convenience store. Place is clean, spacious, nice, and quiet. N/A

Minutes from the Yamanote line which takes you everywhere. Spotlessly clean and modern kitchen and bathroom with fridge, microwave and gas burner so you can self cater if needed. Comfortable beds.

Large apartment ,with seperated toilet from bathroom which is definitely a plus. Closet available in which you can store your luggage out of sight (easiliy fits in 2 large suitcases). Laminate flooring installed which is way cleaner as opposed to carpet. Bathroom has a dry function for washed clothes..awesome! Super convenient location with only 4min walk to JR Shin Okubu station. Just be aware of the low ceiling in the bathroom. With 174cm in length, there is a few cms room before touching ceiling. However I think it is custom to shower sitted (no low chair avaliable though).

I wish to have iron.

Amazing location, close to 2 JR stations that take you everywhere. Fairly spacious apartment for Japanese standards. Great to have laundry machine and drying system in the shower room works great for clothes. We had a 3rd floor walk up apartment without elevator, that is tricky with luggage. More cutlery is needed like forks, table knives, drinking glasses (only one spoon and one mug per person was available).

Clean and convenient No staff and no elevator
-
Close to foods, groceries and train station. Everything is great

Sparkling apartment. We had a “city view “ unit that was a bright corner unit and it was very quiet at night.. The beds were super comfy and everything worked well. It was very close to key train lines and the neighborhood offered plenty of restaurants and supermarkets. The kitchen is small. It didn’t have a toaster so we grilled bread in the fry pan for toast.

Very good Very good

*Clean/spacious in a wonderful location. *I expected this to be a hotel but it really was an Air BnB - so no one to check us in. We had trouble with the lock code. Apparently in Japan you push the # first followed by the number. Another guest helped us figure this out. I would definitely stay here again! It really was wonderful.

Its super close to Shinjuku City, 10/15 minute walk. The property is close to the JR line, Shin ōkubo. The beds were very nice and overall the whole room was very good. The fridge smelt like garlic
