The room above us was making so much noise that we had a hard time sleeping, called the front desk they said they would take care of it...100am in the morning stilll going on called again ...finally at 2am we could rest. hot tub was not working ...you might think this is not important but it is to some people. Other than that it was ok.

Awesome stay for one night. When we entered the room it smelled fresh & pleasant. Very comfy bed & pillows. The front desk guy, I think his name was Isiah, was helpful and courteous. Nothing bad to say at all. Quiet too. Excellent stay!

The room was nice. Breakfast was okay. Staff seemed polite enough. Most of my disappointment comes from the pool/whirlpool area. The entire left side of the pool/whirlpool area was walled off with webs of caution tape. And the pool water itself was cloudy and uninviting. There was garbage, used cups, shaker bottles littering the room but I was the only one in it. The whole vibe of it felt "Unsafe" I will be honest I'd probably never stay at this hotel again. I wonder if one of the others literally in the same parking lot would have been a better experience.

The location was perfect for what we were in Toledo for We 4 stayed nights and only had housekeeping once. When I questioned the desk on Day 2 I was told that housekeeping wouldn't have skipped our room unless the Do Not Disturb sign was out. The sign was not out and when I asked if they were going to bring us some towels was told that no, that all of housekeeping was gone and the employee couldn't leave the desk. My husband had to take the dirty laundry to the desk and exchange it for clean. The next day they did change out our towels and empty the trash but did not make the bed, We spent almost $700 for our time at the hotel. I feel the housekeeping issue was an issue. We also hoped to use the hot tub which we found was out of order after we dressed for the spa area. No signs were posted and this was disappointing as we had driven 15 hours and wanted to relax.
