The room was clean, but was missing a couple of things. The staff was very responsive and helped us get missing things. The breakfast was great and so was the manager of the breakfast area.

Great value and a beautiful room near the riverfront in Toledo. We had a corner room with a river view, two bedrooms and two bathrooms along with a kitchenette and seating area. The room was much larger than we expected for the price. The view of the river and downtown was excellent. We valet parked which drove up the room cost a bit but the base price of the room was so reasonable that paying for parking didn’t negatively impact our experience. If we find ourselves in the area we’d gladly stay again.

Outstanding Hotel, second time staying, So much stuff to do within walking distance

The room & building was clean - but there was no shampoo in the shower, no supplies near the coffee maker. Small things, but it seemed difficult to get things taken care of. Also not what you expect with a Hilton stay.

This hotel is absolutely beautiful, it looks just like the pictures on the internet. The room was amazing, it was clean and the view was out of this world! All of the staff was great but one person named Patrick who worked in the breakfast lounge was the best. I’ll definitely return on my next visit to Toledo !

Very convenient and clean hotel. Check in and check out was great and staff was very friendly. Our room had a pull out sofa and the bedding was not in the room. I called the front desk and they told me I had to go down and get the stuff. I was like no way! I paid for this room, the stuff should have been in already plus I am in my pajamas and not coming down. She rudely said she would figure something out and hung up. The gentleman who delivered the bedding 3 minutes later was very friendly and apologetic.

Great location and close to restaurants and attractions. We were able to walk around town and go to the water front. Not too far from the Zoo. The staff were helpful and very informative. We would recommend this location. Having to use non-affiliated parking garages. The valet service was way more expensive than just parking in the parking garage next door.

Excellent location. Really nice, large suite. Comfortable bed. Friendly staff. Parking lot was attached and easily accessed. Only one 3/4 roll of TP in bathroom. Old towel or washcloth observed under bathroom counter. Must have been missed by cleaning crew.

Online, it said that there was a complimentary breakfast, but we only saw a $10 breakfast bar. It's not a big deal that there wasn't a free breakfast, but don't tell us it's free if it isn't.
