On the beach Air conditioning needs replacement and mattress so uncomfortable

The rooms being oceanfront and some outdoor space was definitely a plus. The units were clean and property was quite and relaxing. The parking was not sufficient and tight. City parking was also mingled into the hotel parking. The a/c in unit 518 was not working properly and very noisy. Plus it leaked water onto the floor which wasn't good for anyone due to very shiny tile.

Everyone was friendly, direct beach access was perfect. Plenty of parking since they have it on site with no fee, and if there are no spaces on site, they have their own parking lot for visitors directly across the street. Close to everything. Beautiful beach. The only thing is that if you are a smoker, you can't smoke on your balcony, only the 2 designated areas on the property, which there were 2. We made it work and it was fine, but just a heads up to other people looking. At least this complex has 2 designated areas, where as others do not. Which is a BIG plus considering the area going smoke free, which is a very sad thing for smokers like myself.

I love this place is not a chain. It’s almost like a condo style. It has a full size refrigerator & kitchenette. The beds were super comfy. Ocean front rooms. Large beach. Nice pool and a Tiki Bar on site. Food & beverages available. Nice balcony. Gorgeous sunsets. I can’t think of anything.

Island inn is absolutely the best. It is the closet to the ocean on treasure island, and the tiki Hut is absolutely amazing! I will most definitely be back! The staff was super friendly and so nice! They let me store my bag in the closet until my roam was ready. Everything about this place was amazing! There was absolutely nothing I didn't like
