Everything went great during my short term stay at Holiday Inn. The staff were extremely kind, especially one named Ebony. While the breakfast selection wasn’t so vast, it was not uncommon for a chain hotel. Also, our bedroom faced the Interstate so there was a lot of outside noise at night. However, the hotel provides white noise machines and ear plugs for when that happens. I just did not have the knowledge at that time, so that’s one thing for you all to note in future visits.

We have stayed here a couple of times. It is no frills, but very clean. I wish they would not use the over-powering cleaner in their lobby. The scent is choking, but we only smelled it in the entrance. No other weird smells. They have a free breakfast and a pool but we were not able to use either. The workout room was very nice. The staff were just wonderful. It could use a bit of a face lift, but nothing is off-putting. The price is very good for the Atlanta area. Super close to get on the highway. Many dining options in the area and a Target around the block. We travel to the area frequently for medical appointments and will use this hotel again in the future.

I liked everything except the carpet in my room. It was FILTHY! I mentioned it to the people at the front desk, and they acknowledged that they knew the carpet was in bad shape. Everything else was clean, but to be in a room walking around on such nasty-looking carpet certainly took away from the experience.

Nothing, they have cancelled the stay without notice. Please check before u stay. Very bad experience. I have travelled with old parents and kids. After reaching the hotel they simply told room is not available and asking me to call booking. Never ever go there without confirming with them

the carpet in the room was dirty and had an odor. the room was very humid, which made it feel even more disgusting. housekeeping never came to our room, we were there for 3 days, they never even knocked and asked if we needed clean towels. the ceiling was chipping paint or whatever it's made of. the bathroom was clean, it's minor things like cleaning the holder that holds the provided body wash, shampoo etc. overall, i wouldn't stay here again because it's not as nice as the photos.

The staff was great and friendly. The location was ideal for getting on and off 285. The problem was that on my first night problems with the hotel’s alarm system kept me awake all night.

One of the staff members (Dennis) from housekeeping was always super nice and cheerful. He always greeted me whenever he saw me! The clerks at the front desk were also kind. I enjoyed my experience and I would stay again!

Because of this, we asked to cancel the remaining days of our reservation, but the manager was unreachable, and Booking do not show up to listening their costumers! We feel frustrated. We are still waiting for a positive answer from the manager. We hope that at least read this message and that Booking could listen to us. WE DO NOT RECOMMEND TO STAY HERE! Search for other options. Warning!!! There was a dead rat in the swimming pool!!! Because of this, we asked to cancel the remaining days of our reservation, but the manager was unreachable, and Booking do not show up to listening their costumers! We feel frustrated.
