The hotel was great. The beds were a little harder than we are used to, but the rooms were spacious and clean.

Our room was dirty had another guests hair on it. The couch had crumbs and teh bedding had blood stains. Won't book again.

We didn't have an issue with the noise level. But we went to bed around midnight and use a noisemaker machine. Clean and filtered water/ice machine on every floor. Super convenient to walk around the downtown area and great nightlife and good restaurants. It's right next to a busy and lively combo bar/restaurant/nightclub that has a nice outdoor bar/eating area. Easy to visit child attending UofA, although it's a bit of a hike if you are walking. Uber or driving it's only about 10 min. Parking available for a fee. Nice amenities, good but small gym. Comfortable pool with a bar that is open but only for a few hours. Beds were comfy, no microwave, drink fridge. Overall a very good experience, this was our 2nd time staying at the hotel and would stay there again.

Everything was very clean, staff was helpful and accommodating we had to check in very early and they were very kind to accommodate us. Breakfast was very good too. My family and I enjoyed our stay.

In addition, we paid an extra $20 for breakfast, but there was almost nothing to eat. Overall, it was a very disappointing experience, and I would never want to stay at this hotel again.

New, modern hotel in a great location near the convention center. Everything felt fresh and clean, and the staff was friendly and welcoming. Would stay here again.

The ceiling shower head did not work, the phone shower kept falling off, we kind of had to lay it against the shower wall so it would stay in please. The bathroom glass sliding door kept opening by itself. The staff used to be very friendly, now they seem a little too serious, like bored or in a bad mood, not all of them but some. The bartender always has a great attitude, no issues there. Other than that everything was good.

Amazing hotel. Very clean and modern. Front desk was very helpful. Only negative was housekeeping. But would definitely recommend and will come back. Everything is in walking distance so very convenient

Close to everything if you want to hit the nightlife downtown! Staff was super nice and the hotel was very clean. 10/10 experience!
