Convenient location near the hospital
-
The property is centrally located The property is outdated and needs renovation

Clean room and shower. Friendly staff who validated my parking. At first I was confused getting to the property parking lot because it says on Expedia and the Marriott app free parking but you have to pay. Told the staff I had to show it says free parking and then it got validated. Another person had the same issue and they were not required to show the free parking. I think that was weird because why are we being charged to park our cars if we are you’re paying guests. That’s all

Everyone was very friendly and helpful

Bed was comfortable and the room was designed well for function with both a work station and a place to eat. There were too many lights in the room so it was hard to sleep. Router/wifi light, and various other bright lights. The elevator was broken so I had to use the stairs to go down.

Exceptional
-
The rooms were clean, plenty of towels if you from the hotel was spectacular and the gentleman that checked his end at the Front Desk was more than helpful
-
Staff was less than enthusiastic about assisting but did so begrudgingly when we requested clean towels after not receiving maid service. Will not stay here again.
-
Why am I paying for parking..I don’t even pay parking in Scottsdale!!
-
Staff was amazing. However, the room was not fully cleaned and I had to be moved to another room.

I've stayed here 3 to 4 times now. You do have to pay extra for parking on the property. I recommend the basement structure. It keeps your car in the shade and was not very full. Rooms facing the road are a little noisy if you're a light sleeper. There are white noise machine in each room to help drown out the road noise.

Staff at the front desk was great!!
-
Room was very cold. Could not turn on lights for bathroom only which was a problem for sleeping. Also TV did not turn on unless all lights were on.

Very good

Great place to stay within walking distance to the University of Arizona.
-
Great location, great value and nice attentive staff
-
its a basic hotel with a nice bed and a good airconditioning system. The staff was understanding when I complained about,,,, Bed Bugs. I saw them on my pillow and immediately left the hotel. Now I have to steam clean my luggage and my car.
-
Close to the University and great coffee shops and restaurants to enjoy. Great staff! Friendly welcoming and helpful

Room was clean, sticky stuff on tile floor in front of fridge which was weird. The bad thing about this hotel is it’s on a really noisy street, and that’s the side we had. Just constant noise all night long.

Since my daughter lives maybe a mile away, I didn’t opt in for the breakfast and we ate our meals out and got in late so didn’t have a chance to use the bar but there were always people there and they seemed content. My room was very clean and much larger than most hotel rooms. The photos made it look small so it was a nice surprise! The room faced the main road, Speedway and it definitely lives up to its name but even with the noise, it did not wake me up or disturb my sleep on the 5th floor. Everyone who worked there was super friendly and helped or answered any question I had. Used the exercise room once and it was clean with plenty of equipment for me to stretch out and get what I needed. The pool was nice with pool towels provided there and unlimited water poolside. I wish I had time to play the games in the lobby but we were running and shopping all the time.
