Location and some staff Some staff were not friendly and the carpet was so dirty

Newer hotel Room was dirty. People smoking weed in pool area. Went and told front desk said couldn't do anything. My kid couldnt used pool. The pool was the main reason stay at hotel vs family house

All suites - plenty of room Thin walls. Had to listen to heavy snoring from the room next door literally all night.

Staff blamed 3rd party app for billing me a second time, because they were confused that I had 2 rooms reserved.

The bed was extremely uncomfortable and needs t.o have the mattress replaced.
