Good place to stay for the price could use some security and maybe help do away with all the fentanyl use on property

Pool needs cleaning and the building is old looking outside

This is a great place for the area everything is close by,they only thing this place needs to work on is turning away the drug addicted drug dealers and all these poor drug addicts they allow to Rome around and hang out by stairs and sidewalks because the fentanyl smell was very strong,Maybe hire some security just remember not all money is good money

All good except the homeless zombie blue heads hanging around.

Nice room & facilities but the area is not the best

First of all, I just wanted to mention that the place was very unclean. There was bugs on the bed next to me and stains on the sheets. We were so tired because we drove up there to pick up our daughter from college and didn’t have the energy to complain. I would love to have my money back if possible since we were only there for a few hours.

The property was full of homeless people walking near the room doors, a used condom near our door, and holes in the curtains. I definitely didn't feel safe.

Very nice new smart tv. Looked like a 60 inch. Updated rooms. Clean bed and bathroom.

The location on Stone Ave. was a perfect spot for exploring the best part of Tucson.

Parking was easy

friendly staff and clean room :) nothing. it was great!

There was some homeless people staying by the gate at at one point they were inside sitting on the stairs.

The bathroom was usable but clearly in need of renovation, with visible wear. The exterior of the property could use some attention as well. It felt a bit barren and would benefit from landscaping or general upkeep. Some areas around the rooms appeared cluttered, which took away from the overall impression. Overall, it’s a decent budget option, but there’s room for improvement in cleanliness, maintenance, and exterior presentation.

Good stay for the price

Bad location nothing but drugs and shady people. This is why I tried to cancel this booking. I had just booked it an hour before. I am not from Tucson so I did not know the area.
