Room was nice and clean & staff was lovely

Everything was excellent. We were placed in a clean room with a beautiful view. The service was outstanding, and the staff were incredibly kind, friendly, and always ready to help. Arta was especially very welcoming and hospitable, making our stay even more enjoyable. It’s a perfect place to relax and enjoy your stay. Honestly, everything was great. No complaints.

It was close to walk to our son’s apartment. The staff were very friendly. We stayed at the property twice. The receptionist upgraded us from room 302 the first stay to room 303 the 2nd stay. 303 was decorated better & was more sound proofed. Breakfast was included. We enjoyed seeing the rice fields being tilled, flooded & planted. This hotel offers quaint Balinese charm & hospitality for an incredible price. No complaints

Its a bit far about 10 mins away from Ubud center, thats not a problem the problem is the traffic in Ubud not really a problem with the hotel. Just some times its not convenient and you need to plan traffic if you are going to the center. Again its not a problem with the hotel just the state of tourism in Ubud.

Everything was good

The room was so spacious and I especially loved the balcony from my room! The staff immediately upon arrival were very kind, and accommodating. While it’s a little bit away from the centre I personally really enjoyed it as I wanted to have a more quiet space. Getting grabs there is super convenient and that’s the best way to travel around Ubud. They have a nice little pool area as well to lounge around in which is nice since the beaches aren’t close in Ubud. Overall really loved my stay, definitely worth it for the price paid and would definitely come back (: Thank you to the staff and their warm welcome for being a highlight of my trip The breakfast given had smaller portions, if you’re someone like me who gets hungry in the morning I would recommend going to one of the many brunch spots that are up the road.

Toiletries are limited, not having shower cap

The place is very near to the rice terrace and is quiet and comfortable for an area further away from main central Facilities and service provided are overall good and sufficient. Just to point out that the charging portal on one side of the bed is kind of flipping out (coming off) but doesn't affect charging. It can be improved

The reception here was top notch! 5 stars help, incredibly attentive! The room was great and the view over the ricefield was cool, but the 10 is for the nice people from reception. Old towels

The sandwich was great. Staff are very friendly . The shower room is smelly.

Room was spacious, loved the view

Staff are definitely a highlight of staying here. They are always super friendly and eager to help you out with any requests. The room size was definitely above average, with plenty of hangers and storage to unpack a bit. Large balcony with drying rack overlooking rice paddies next door. Soaps and toiletries provided. Lovely location away from Ubud city center in an area with rice paddies and little cafes nearby (careful walking though). The rooms are not soundproof, and you can hear a lot of noise from the road out front as well as neighbors. They should exchange towels daily because they do not dry well and smell musty after just one use. They should have an umbrella per room for when it rains. Could use a deep clean in the bathroom and some cosmetic updates.

Staff was very friendly and helpful, view were amazing, nice location with good restaurants near by, nice pool. A couple stains on sheets and the water didn’t really get warm.

The towel is tool old.

Everything was really good. Be it staff behavior to the room cleanliness to room size to balcony view to the delicious breakfast, all UpTo the mark. No complain ?
