The property is amazing you can enjoy the real heart of Bali at aqua octaviana in canggu the room and both swimming pools are so clean friendly staff and helpfull also the food is good i highly recommend for couples for short or long stay The serenity and cleanliness

Wifi was very slow, had no hot water for the later half of the week. Also had communicated with staff to get picked up from the airport, they did not have a driver come, once we arrived we called and they just stated that they hadn’t organised one and had not told us

Very spacious room. the floor tiles, paintings on the walls, decorations, etc. have a very nice Balinese touch, although the wooden bed frame is very squeaky. We loved the swimming pool, it was clean, it's deep and it was always empty. Very quiet location, not far away from nice restaurants. I was so pleasantly surprised to find a Bose sound system in the room ? The hot tub on the terrace of the room looks very old and worn out, I didn't even bother to use it

The pool was amazing! Also it was very quiet so I basically had the massive pool to myself everyday! The staff were beautiful and so helpful. All the greenery was absolutely stunning too. A very relaxing stay and room :) There’s only one thing I could say that was a small negative is that some of the towels / sheets has some stains on them but you can just ask for new ones :)

My balcony wasn't opening when I checked into room. Still wonder the staff could Hav gone one step ahead and made sure everything was alright.. Before I checked in!
