There are hidden fees. There is a deposit for each room you book. There is an odor throughout the hotel. There were no comforters or blankets just sheets. We had to change rooms because my son's bed smelled like urine. The lobby attendant was rude, abrasive, and unpleasant to speak with. The rooms didn't have smoke detectors. There was a hole in the drywall that was half covered with some type of make shift cover. The walls were dirty. The toilet ran all night. The light didn't work in one of the rooms. The outlets didn't hold any plugs in, they just fall out as soon as you plug in. The curtains were broken. The ac only worked in one of the four rooms. When I addressed these issues a staff member came sprayed as if that fixed the issues. The hotel internet did not connect to the hotel tv. The mattresses were are all springs and very uncomfortable. Nothing was well kept. I'd rate them a 0 out of 10. Only reason I gave them one star is because I can't go lower. DO NOT STAY HERE! Save your money, your sanity and your family vacation!

Room wasn’t set to a standard there was roaches and I got bitten by bed bugs which I ended up sleeping in my car and just went to the room to take a shower

Saw too many roaches to continue my stay. This hotel shouldn’t even be an option on this site!

The property is not as pictured on the site. It is a run down hotel. I left after I walked in the room. Unacceptable hotel.

The TV vizio kept going in and out all day and night I wanted to watch fifa world cup but could not because local stations were not available

The property was nasty. It just needs to be remodeled it has roaches. The bedding was not clean. The shower was not clean. It just was not clean. They need new staff for cleaning. The front desk was nice, but that was the only thing everything else was very disgusting and then they had the nerve to ask for a tip in the room. It was very nasty old and rundown roaches. Bedding was Nasty bathroom was nasty. I take pictures and send it to my fiancé well after we left I deleted them. I should have kept them. I didn’t know that you guys were going to ask for a rating on the facility. It was even a toilet tissue roll that was molded wet and just nasty.

Bed bugs!!!! Do not stay here!!! You will be sorry.. trust!!! I hope I can post pictures of my arm and neck!! Gotta see who I can report them too

Rooms was clean, and staff was AMAZING very helpful.

It’s just a a place to lay down. The bed rolled when wet sat down it. Several repairs were needed in our room. The manager left the premises right before checkout time which caused us to have to wait on him in order for us to check out. Never coming back

From broken fixtures to just nasty. The whole place smells like pot and cigarettes. Our nonsmoking room smelt like a hookah bar. The 1st room the towels were just tossed on the beds and trash laying on the bathroom counter. They moved us 2 rooms down and half the lights didn’t work and floors were dirty a trash bag from previous people hanging from the towel rack. We were so tired we did ask for another room. We checked the beds pillows and sheets all was clean (only things that was clean) the pictures online looked nothing like the rooms. Exposed electrical and smoke detector electrical was hanging with no detector in the room. I’ve got pictures of it all. Not to mention the cigarette butts on the floor in the elevator. We checked out Saturday morning.

The outside was very pretty but OMG the inside was terrible. It seemed more like a hourly use hotel. We had booked a king room but when we arrived we were given a queen bed. Floor was sticky, bed was very uncomfortable and very squeaky. The cabinets in the room were very old and scratched up. There was a huge heart shaped tub in the bedroom, not clean looking. It was unreal how bad it was but we were so tired and had to get up very early for a flight and decided to suck it up. We left to go eat and when we came back we decided to ask for a double bed room just to be able to sleep. I DO NOT recommend this hotel to anyone. I have pictures but I don’t see where I can add them.

The only good thing was the air conditioner worked. Two thin sheets well used pillows, terrible matris..bed skirt was randomly shoved under mattress. Sticky floors, every thing in the room dinged, scuffed, or broken

Air conditioner cover falling off device. Stains was on laundry. Bathroom was full of mold and paint was peeling. Housekeeping did not clean my room every day.
