Location. The room was filthy. Dirty DIRTY floors. Our socks were filthy from the floors. Sand in the sheets. No screen on the windows. A lamp was broken. Our first room had a broken TV so we were moved to a different, equally filthy room. Yikes. The new TV only had one channel. There was suspicious white substance encrusted on the bed covers, I won't even call it a blanket. Also big gap under the door, big enough for bugs to crawl through. We felt unsafe here.

It’s close to the beach. The iron didn’t work. The microwave was old and rusted inside. The front desk didn’t answer calls. The screen window in the bathroom was ripped. The tub paint was stripping. The remote control didn’t work. Wifi signal was weak on third floor.

Location was great. No breakfast offered Shower was Luke warm and the tub was uncomfortable

500 feet from the beach for $80 a night during the summer- you cant beat it. Staff was nice. Elderly couple cleaning the rooms were great. It isnt the Hyatt so dont get all funny if its not perfect. Its a great beach motel for beach people.

Very nice staff! Easy pool access. Good AC. No thick blankets, tv wouldn’t turn off, tv volume wouldn’t change.

Location was great! Found dirty towels in the room and a half eaten corn dog in the floor by the bed.... phone didn't even work to call the desk...

Location was great It has potential if it were just cleaned properly. Floors weren’t cleaned, sand everywhere, very dirty walls, common things you think would be wiped down but they were not
