The cons were the bathroom floor could have used a good washing. The pullout sofa was very uncomfortable and needs a better mattress or topper.

Very clean and the staff was very polite. The only problem that I had was the parking. The parking lot was very small and tight parking space. They do have two other parking lots across the street. Other than that I really enjoyed.

Excellent price for beachfront balcony. Mini fridge actually kept things properly cold. AC worked excellently. Best keurig coffe maker and coffee. Spa level shower head. Friendly and helpful staff from front desk to housekeeping. On site parking fills up quickly, but satellite parking is 1/2 block and 1 block away.

Love the location, breakfast. Pool wasn't very clean, elevators could use a good cleaning, tight pattern but understandable with good over flow parking across the street
