Great location. Property is old and shows it in worn rooms. Patched ceilings and damaged doors and toilet in the bathroom. Bed and pillows were uncomfortable.

The place needs a major overhaul. Price was ok but I would pay more for a better facility. I would not recommend the place in its current condition.

The hotel needs to be updated. The room seemed clean enough, just dated, the safe didn't work, the curtains were falling on one side so the room let light in every day , the AC was kinda loud. The there were two ladies upon check in that were great snd a young man a little later in the afternoon that were all just awesome. The owners really need to update things or possibly a bigger renovation.

I’ve stayed at least 6 times. All rooms face the ocean and boardwalk, close to anything you need within walking distance and although it’s a little outdated, the staff keep it exceptionally clean, neat and comfortable The parking lot is not very big but the overflow lot is less than a block away and there is no extra fee.

Although an older hotel it is clean and well kept. Personnel are very friendly and accommodating. It is right on the boardwalk and beach. NA
