Breakfast is extra, but there is Keurig coffee in the room for free.

During breakfast, I observed the hostess eating behind the service counter while guests were dining. While I understand that staff members need breaks and meals, it appeared unprofessional to eat in view of customers during breakfast service. Additionally, staff members were helping themselves to food while guests were eating. This may be acceptable during non-service hours, but it did not create the best impression for paying customers.

The facility is clean and the staff were welcoming.

Rooms were clean. Good breakfast. Loved the location. Easy and quick walk to campus.

I also had to call to dispute a charge at the lobby "restaurant" where I was charged for 3 drinks despite only having 2. They have signed receipts, so they know exactly how many drinks I had and had authorized, yet somehow another one snuck onto the portfolio. Again, not a huge deal, but with the points issue I now question the place and will not stay there again. Also, the tub dripped and the breakfast is to be avoided.

My room was mostly clean and comfortable — the pillows and comforter were soft and the HVAC worked properly. Their made-to-order breakfast was tasty with generous portion sizes. Downsides: I found about 20-30 tiny black ants living around the bathroom in the room. Parking was a bit of a pain since the elevator in the closest garage wasn’t working.

Coffee machine only had one reg coffee pod. No extra toilet paper was available in the bathroom. Only had a 1/16 th of a roll. Would not recommend.

Clean rooms, good location. Onky the breakfast wasn’t as good with hardly anything. So wouldn’t rely on it

Our room had over a hundred little ants on the table between the beds and all along the headboard for both beds which made it uncomfortable to sleep thinking about the ants crawling on us while sleeping. Front desk attendant came and sprayed the next day and mentioned he would see about having his manager comp one night of our room. Never heard anything about it again. Ants kept coming back. Staff was friendly

I have stayed here before. Very similar experience to last time. Well maintained, helpful staff, great location. This time I included the breakfast with my room for a much smaller fee than they charge morning Of… So that was a nice addition.

This hotel was sparkly clean and had outstanding and friendly staff. We felt attended to and cared for. The breakfast buffet was top-notch. The is very safe and it’s very walkable.

Very convenient location. We wanted to stay at the Union but very expensive. This hotel was actually much closer to campus than it seemed. On a nice somewhat warm night, it was a nice walk from restaurants etc. near campus to the hotel. Nice lobby bar area...though we didn't use the bar. Helpful people. Check in easy. Room was very very clean and beds very comfortable. Great price.
