Rooms were spacious

Holly (I think that's her name) is always so friendly. The AC works well. The mattress is too hard for me so I don't sleep well but I should have remembered to bring my inflatable pad. It's helps.

Room was clean but a bit dusty on lamp fixtures and a bit dated in the bathroom.

The breakfast and location were fantastic. We didn’t use the amenities, but they looked good. There was a bad smell in our room not sure if it was coming from the carpet or the air vents, and that was unfortunate. We also were supposed to get our room cleaned on Tuesday and that never happened so we had to get more towels from the front desk, which was cumbersome and disappointing.

Not very clean. Tub was stained, closet door was broken off the hinges. Patio was dirty. Not a very clean hotel.

I am a new Marriott Bonvoy and am surprised this hotel still carries the Marriott banner.

Hotel was outdated compared to other Marriotts. Rooms were not as clean as they could have been. We're told in the morning there was no breakfast being offered due to catering for a baseball team.

When checking in, the attendant apparently chose the subpar room based on my nationality. I was very disappointed with my stay.

The room was dingy with a smell. Carpet was dirty. Bare minimum amenities. For a $325 you would expect it be much better.
