I believe, we have been going to this hotel for the past 8-9 years. But, the last 3 years has not been pleasant. It’s a shame. Because, the hotel is close to where my grandchildren live. But, my wife believes we should start going to another hotel. Oh, my wife just reminded me. The air conditioner was also leaking into the room that the rug was wet. It was worse this year than last year.

The guy check-in was extremely frazzled and not super friendly, but he was OK. I’ll give him a best. I understand what it’s like to be in the service industry. The second night he was friendly. The rooms were great just a little dated but nothing terrible. The breakfast was standard and good and hot. The bed was very comfortable, which is very important to me all around a great experience and would highly recommend.

The air conditioning worked great. Room was ok. Could have been a little cleaner but not bad. Staff was slow. I couldn’t even find anyone when I checked out. It was worth what I paid. I only stayed 1 night so that’s all I have.

Our bath tub was not usable. It was all rusted out and they wouldn’t give us another room and said they all were like that. We couldn’t get back in our room unless we got the card rekeyed, which was a headache because we were there for 4 days. The experience was not great and I wouldn’t recommend staying there!!!

Wasn’t much to like. The staff was nice The bathroom was filthy. Mirror was broken and sharp. Toilet leaked on floor when flushed. Shower was disgusting. Sheets had stains. Trash was on the floor. Etc etc

Quick trip to Greensboro but this was an easy stay, especially if you want to avoid Greensboro traffic in the morning and are traveling east!

Beds are soft Keys never work and the pool was dirty

Very clean and quiet. Some areas smelt like weed but not the hotel’s fault it’s just commonplace nasty people.

When we arrived it looked like the room wasn’t cleaned nothing was wiped down or vaccumed stains in tub just run down smelled like rotten eggs when you walked in

They need to replace their door locks. The TEAM went way above and beyond to assist me in accessing my room. Very inconvenient. The locks need to be replaced. They don't work. Again everyone was amazing...service with a smile. Spend some $ and update the door locks.
