Clean, comfortable beds, safe and great value. Would stay again.

Lobby had nothing for you. Beds were clean. Big area of grass for dogs.

No bkfst, only coffee

The dayshift and nightshift ladies were so nice and helpful. They really cared about making our stay a great experience!

this was not a clean hotel. Not taken care of inside or out. Room was non smoking, smelled completely like cigarette smoke, gnats in the room and stained pillow cases. Decided to check back out 20 minutes after arriving. do not recommend.

The only thing in the kitchen was a microwave and a refrigerator , no coffee pot, no dishes, no stove. Parking was standard, staff was pleasant and accommodating .

The room appeared to be clean. However, there was unknown dirt/stains on sheets, pillowcases and towels.

Front dest was friendly. Parking available around the hotel. No elevator two floor hotel. With stairs. They accommodate me for earlier check in for a small fee. Just wish it was on the ground floor due to traveling with two toodlers. Was difficult to drag suitcases up the stairs. It was okay over all.

I made the reservation w/ out knowing it is s place where people stayed for an extended time. I found out as I checked in. As I arrived, here were many trucks on the parking lot, at the front of the property. There were many bottles of oil on the parking lot, and oil was spilled in some areas. Seeing this made me wonder if I had made the right decision to stay there. The gentleman at the front desk was very courteous and reminded calm as I bombarded him with many questions. I got to my room on the 2nd floor and noticed the door was open. As I approached the room I saw the cleaning lady. I greeted her and she was surprised had been rented to me as it wasn’t ready yet. I told her I didn’t mind waiting and went to my car. In the parking lot, I saw men working in trucks while drinking beer and smoke cigarettes. One parking spot had a grill and a chair (in the morning it was still there). I got my room and noticed the sink fixture was barely staying in place. I didn’t like this at all. The front desk man came by and I showed him the faucet. He looked at it and said he could have it repaired. I thanked him and told him it would have to said since I had to go to bed early. In the morning I checked out and the front desk lady was very courteous and made fresh coffee at 5:15 a.m.

My husband and I were on a trip for an event. When we got here the first room was smoky. We requested non smoking. We went to the desk and requested another room. Oh.. the second room was the worst experience i have ever seen. Bugs everywhere. We couldn't believe it. The health department needs to see this. We don't normally complain if its just a few bugs, but this was infested. Other people were sitting outside of their rooms complaining. Lots of construction workers were staying there. I do not recommend this place to anyone. We notified Hotels.com for a full refund as we had to book another hotel nearby the same day. It was an exhausting and very uncomfortable experience. Was not worth the money. We are not exaggerating. We also have videos.

It was clean and quiet.

Room appeared not clean and staff didn’t offer a solution!

Poor condition of property.

The rooms have only 2 pillows per bed, very skimpy, dirty outside.

A bit dark in the back. I was uncomfortable at night walking.

Room door was hard to open. Bathroom door did not latch.

They were very accomodating
