Best Western Plus Wilmington/Wrightsville Beach

This specific location was very clean and staff were very friendly and helpful. Very pet friendly. Everything was super close by and my husband loved that we weren’t far from too many locations. Especially Costco! There was nothing we didn’t like or had any complaints about.

Everything about this place was good but coffee during breakfast was a let down, no coffee provided. Location was easily accessible and close to the highway

The staff was amazingly sweet and cheerful. We never had to ask for more towels and it was very clean. Our bed was even made daily! The breakfast was awesome! The best I’ve had in a hotel! Overall a wonderful experience. The only thing worth mentioning is that the shower drain comes up with a weird smell after showering. It’s not too horrible since it’s just the bathroom, but it makes getting ready in the bathroom after showering not so fun.

My only suggestion is to ask for towels. We had 4 people in our room and listed it, but only got 2 bath towels. Staff was helpful. Also, I would suggest having coffee earns in the morning during breakfast. Trying to get water to fill keurigs and then brew individual cups was a lot during this time. Nice to have later in the day.

Would stay here again. Other than the coffee pot not working (they had small keurigs), it was a lovely stay. Coffee pot on order. Miss Rosa that prepares the breakfast is wonderful!

The set up in the shower for ease of entry. The coffee set up in the lobby. It wasn't a huge issue, but you asked.

Definitely felt safe as a solo woman traveler. The hotel is abt a 15 mins drive from the beach but it’s not a horrible drive I love the views I got to see

The hotel was wonderful! The cleaning staff and front desk staff were very helpful and efficient. The only negative would be the breakfast; we ate out for most of the trip. This was okay considering we wanted to explore the Wilmington area. Overall the hotel was very exceptional for the area and price!

The property itself was very nice and a good location to get to where we needed to for the weekend. We were in town for a lacrosse tournament so it worked perfectly. My only complaint was getting towels and wash clothes for the room. Other than that everything was wonderful and I would definitely stay here again.
