The front desk was great. However, when I checked in I wasn't informed of the bar's specials for the week. I don't know if they weren't offered over the weekend but I overheard someone who was checking in on Monday being told that there was some bar special later that evening. I didn't want to pry, so I never inquired about it, but I did see people drinking on evening and I couldn't tell if they bought the drinks themselves or if it was a special thing.

Room is basic and small which is not a problem but cleanliness is lacking. My sheets were stained and there was hair pieces on shower floor. Most surfaces around the hotel could use a good cleaning. No complimentary water either. For such basic property the price is too high and you can get similar hotels in the area for much less.

No cleaning service, you have to replace your own towels and toilet paper. Will downgrade your room without notifying you prior to your arrival. If you book on Expedia they will likely double charge you for the room, keep an eye on your credit card and be wary they don’t have staff that can process refunds readily available. Shower leaks into the toilet. Lockboxes don’t work. Staff are friendly especially the bartender.

I was relocated to this hotel. I was placed in a handicapped room. The air conditioner was so loud that it was extremely hard to sleep. My room was facing the the road. So between the road and the loud air conditioner it was hard to sleep. No food could be offered at the restaurant because a soccer team was in town and overwhelmed the place the night before. The room had a funny smell. It was my birthday and I was celebrating but unfortunately my stay was less than basic. Ruined my solo birthday trip. I actually checked out before check out time and headed home early.

The hotel being new was a plus. The front desk staff was not accommodating as they could have been. We reserved the room months in advance and when we called the day before and the morning of to reiterate our wishes they would not try to help. The hotel was about half full at the most, but our desire to have a room near the elevator and high floor could not be fulfilled. We paid for a 1-bedroom executive suite and she gave us a handicap room with small shower. We went back to the desk to say that is not the room we reserved and she then gave us a room on a lower floor. Not on a high floor as requested.

New hotel, so very clean looking but not just that, staff are very welcoming, rooms were great, high quality beds, good facilities, continental breakfast was high standard and definitely worth grabbing in the morning. Also great location near shops and restaurants and easy to get to other parts of Wilmington. Would I book here gain? Absolutely.

Clean, breakfast great, the rooms are. Nice and a good size. Front desk staff so welcoming and pleasant. Great location. I will definitely be back. The lobby is so beautifully decorated. Lots of parking and next to nice restaurants and shops.

The front desk staff was consistently friendly and welcoming, which made check-in and daily interactions enjoyable. There were a few areas that could be improved. Housekeeping service was limited—we had to request it, and it was only provided once during our six-night stay. Breakfast service was also inconsistent. On Monday morning, the staff member was very kind and accommodating, even offering to make pancakes daily for my son, which we appreciated. However, from Tuesday through Saturday, the breakfast attendant was noticeably unfriendly, which made the experience less enjoyable. Additionally, the hot food quality varied, with French toast served cold and eggs often overcooked. Overall, the hotel itself is excellent in terms of design, comfort, and front desk service, but consistency in housekeeping and breakfast service would greatly improve the guest experience.

From check in to check out all was wonderful. Beautiful hotel.

Clean and relatively knew. Heated outdoor pool. Grocery store and casual restaurants located in the same plaza.

The staff have been always very polite respectfully attentiveness to me. The first time we stayed the room was very clean this 2 time there was no body wash it was empty the girl that clean is Candace and the shower was dirty. They have great breakfast element is a very great place to stay have a very great living space. 10 out of 10.

Clean and modern room. Breakfast offering was great each morning. Lots of lounging areas inside and outside. The daily happy hour was a really nice touch.

I have nothing negative to say about this place.
