Nice staff. Continental breakfast was perfect. Great location between Wilmington and Carolina Beach. Restaurants next door. Room floor felt a little dirty and wasn't able to use the pool due to chemical testing.

location, availability of a swimming pool The room was damp and had a strong, swamp-like smell, the bathroom (shower area) barely ventilated, so the floors there remained constantly damp.

Good location, clean and quiet facilities. Target is across the street and there are grocery stores and restaurants nearby. Phenomenal staff, they went way above and beyond to make sure my stay was enjoyable. On the main route to the beaches which is a plus but traffic tends to be heavy at times. However, there is a frontage road making it easier to access the hotel. No microwave ovens in the rooms, there is a shared microwave oven in the lobby.

Our stay was wonderful! I would definitely come back especially it being around various stores and restaurants and close to the beach.

I loved the 65 inch tv, loved the bathroom and the roomieness of the room. Beds are way too soft, so are the pillows. The rooms obviously at one time had microwaves and coffee makers. Both have been removed. And they advertise a hot breakfast. They only thing hot were boiled eggs

The cleanliness The pool wasn't open right away and the desk clerk said she wasn't sure if it would even be open during my stay ( it ended up opening later that evening) but that was disappointing at first because that's why we booked that hotel, for the indoor pool

Keep doing what you are doing. Staff all seemed to be happy and helpful. Great management and it shows. Very clean and perfectly located.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was relatively clean. Looks like someone forgot to vacuum because there were nail clippings on the floor. Everything else was great. Beds comfortable and location perfect. Near everything.

Breakfast was okay. Not much to choose from But did the job. The hotel itself smelled musty, but the hallways smelled like Indian food. Mold on the ceilings in the bathrooms.

This is an older hotel that has received a layer of lipstick...and a face list. Perfectly OK for one night or two but this hotel is a bit far if you are going to the beach and not recommended for a longer stay.

The hotel is a little challenging to pull into off of Carolina Beach Road, but the property itself is clean and comfortable. There is a communal microwave that is not listed in the property description, so don't let that discourage you from getting leftovers to heat up.

The breakfast was excellent! Staff was great and location is great will consider staying again. No complaints!
