Quality Inn & Suites North/Polaris

The continental breakfast was good, but the floor was sticky both mornings. There was an odd smell throughout the hotel. The crowds were much rowdier than the last time I stayed there. This trip wasn’t very peaceful.

Hotel was nice but showing its age.

Cons: rundown, very thin walls with kids running in hallways until 11:00, people next door having a conversation very early in the morning that could be heard easily, room was small, questionable area for safety with 3 guests at breakfast wearing ankle monitors.

Really nice hotel for the price. The room was very clean, the property was well maintained, breakfast was delish, the staff were all incredibly nice, and parking was good. Hotel is located in a nice area with lots of other hotels, restaurant options, gas stations, and only took about 15 minutes to get to downtown Columbus. The room was very small but plenty big for my wife and I for a quick trip to see a concert. If we’re ever back in the area, we’d definitely stay here again.

The property is pretty outdated but it was a really good value and it was clean. The room setup is weird but it did have everything that was advertised. It is outdated

Breakfast not bad, but appears there’s an effort to cut corners. Staff very nice, establishment appeared clean and neat and in a good location.

There wasn't much to like about this place; it was very disappointing. I booked and paid for a double queen room in advance, and was told when we arrived that they ran out of double queen rooms. This left us with a king bed with a fold-out bed. The fold-out bed was so terrible (thin, lumpy mattress that looked it like it had been there for 20 years), that my 10-year-old refused to sleep on it. The pillows on the king bed were also a joke, and looked smaller than what most hotels use as throw pillows. The pillows were so punny, I initially thought the maid had forgotten to leave pillows in the room. When I asked to be moved for our 2nd night, I was again told they were sold out of double queen rooms, despite this being what I paid for with my booking. The room smelled like vinegar, the floor of the breakfast area was sticky (my shoes stuck to the floor every time I moved), and the tub was cracked and gross. Everything about this hotel was cheap and run-down, avoid this place at all costs!

THIS WAS THE MOST PLEASANT HOTEL STAY I HAVE HAD IN A LONG TIME. THERE WAS NOTHING I DID NOT LIKE.

Room was very small in size. There was too much noise coming inside our room from rooms on each side and from 2nd floor. Loud noise was also audible when water / shower was used in other rooms. Rooms need to be sound proof.

Comfortable bed. Soft pillows. GREAT breakfast, wow!
