Room was clean but dated and property was in need of upkeep. There appeared to be numerous long term guests, and the vibe leaned more toward low rent apartments rather than hotel. Not horrible, but also not reflective of the guest rating presented at booking.

The bedrooms, we stayed in a different room each day, were spotless,. The staff were very helpful and friendly, breakfast is substantial and the pool is so refreshing in the summer heat. I can’t believe how reasonably priced all this is. I won’t need to ever look for a different hotel in Yuma again There was nothing about the property I could be negative about

Right now it's just a small trip hazard but it could get worse. I'm sure they're working on fixing it so as we go to this motel quite often, usually a couple times to four times a year. The price is great

We stayed for two nights and were happy with the suite and a/c temperature. The pool area and jacuzzi is a nice size and clear water. The breakfast was a surprise and amazing ! Best Western Mall is my go to place and I have been telling friends to stay when going to Alcadonez Mexico for dental work. Best of it was very quiet while I was recovering.

Staff - Reception staff and facilities\maintenance were super helpful and very friendly! The area where the tennis court is located makes the property look and feel abandoned. Other than that, it is a great place to stay for us. Location, staff, price, great breakfast is what makes us be repeat customers.

Close to everything. Try to avoid staying near the pool if you want a good night's sleep. I had screaming kids keeping me up till past 11pm, even though it closes at 10pm.

We saw people enjoying the pool. You will be happy with this hotelwhich is located right near a movie theater, shopping mall and Sam’s Club.

I liked the cleaness of rooms. But I feel Ac was too quiet and not enough cold.. we love to feel Ac very cold. And some kind of noise to it. But it's just us being picky. Other than that good stay.
