The location is near the bus stop, and the owner is very friendly and helpful. I am satisfied as it is nice, comfortable and worth staying!

Everything was fine. Good choice if you have a car. Small fridge worked loud. Also the size of hair dryer is too small (better take yours from home).

Very kind and welcoming receptionist. Enough dishes, plenty of hot water, heated floors in the bathroom, towel heater, regular towel replacement. Common room available. No coffee machine in the apartment, loud doors, small room, bathroom has angled ceiling which made it difficult to use toilet and mirror, no mountain view (was mentioned), no shampoo, way too soft bed (don’t recommend people with back pain).

The room, facilities, cleanliness. We stayed there only one night, but I could definitely spend more time there. :) The staff was not speaking any other language than Polish, it was strange as they keep talking in Polish even when we said that we don't understand the language. I think it would be great if staff could learn a few sentences in English.

Great location, near to Kasprowy Wierch, in kitchen there was everything you need for cooking. Parking. host don’t speak English, was a bit hard to communicate. We needed to pay the second part for apartment and pay for parking, there were no information that we can’t pay by card, no information about internet access, tv access and even the induction oven. Despite everything she is a nice person. Uncomfortable bed, property doesn’t provide shower gel or shampoo so you need to take that with you, only hand soap :)

The promised view of the mountains was missing, and the hostess speaks no English at all.
