Breakfast was authentic Polish food but also ceral and pastries for other tastes. Breakfast only lasts for one hour so you need to be prompt. The room was comfortable and cosy. The sauna was a fantastic addition to have after a day of skiing Location is a little bit out of town but if you have a car or are happy to take the bus that is good. Hot tub is in the driveway and not very private- could have a screen up

The room was clean basic but comfortable, excellent bathroom, nice small but comfortable sauna. Good breakfast. The location is out of the town center but connected with public transportation. Please notice - there is no elevator for the upper floors.. We stayed at the attic, (unfortunately everything was booked so we couldn’t change the room ..) 67 stairs up and down, at least twice a day… you need to be fit…

Good location, Nice people, Nice breakfast. Clean room with nice and clean bathroom. Great view from tarrace on top of the Villa with 360 view of Zakopane and mountains. No negatives :)

Great location, adequate benefits. They have provided two single beds (two mattresses) for couple. Also we have stayed for four days and they didn’t clean, change linen/towers at all. They didn’t even remove the garbages.

The offer a free entry to a sauna nearby which is superb. The kitchen is well equiped and clean. Very welcoming and helpful staff The pillows are so bad, so I had to make a pillow with my clothes and towels. One of the mattress was so stiff that we had to decide who's sleeping on it me or my friend. I got lucky to sleep on a soft one :)

Good place with spacious parking. The roof terrace provides an incredible 360o view. The information about the room was faulty, though. We specifically wanted a room with a private kitchen, so we picked a room that included this feature, but when we arrived the kitchen was located in the shared space. The positive thing is that the owner quickly fixed this issue and gave us a room with a private kitchen and entrance. It was a perfect room for me and my family! There was a little stove, sink, a dishwasher, cooking and cleaning utensils, electric fireplace, as well as previously mentioned private entrance. The bed was wide and comfortable. The sofa bed was comfortable and very spacious as well. Kasprowy Wierch funicular is in a walkable distance from the hotel. The only minus was that in Booking it was noted that the Deluxe triple room (which we booked) has a private kitchen. It did not. That’s false advertising on Booking`s part as the hotel`s official web site displayed the correct information. Nevertheless, the host was very forthcoming and offered us a different room, which was perfect! One thing I would suggest is that the roof terrace was equipped with chairs to lounge on, since the view is breathtaking. I really wish I could have spent more time up there, but I would prefer not to stand for hours. Another nitpick is that while we really loved the room, there were some odd little construction issues e.g. the drawer being in the way of the closet, so that it didn’t open fully. :D The pool was not on site.

Very nice Apartment. Clean and comfortable. Had everything we needed. Beautiful view and also a nice kitchen. We enjoyed the Pool and Sauna too. I thought it would be for free as described but it was not. But it was nice anyway.

The rooms are nice and comfy, seems that they were updated recently. Clean facilities, spacious and free parking lot, good noise isolation in the rooms. Also, the owners or staff greeted us and explained most important details. We believe the beds could be more comfortable, as there was no typical back side of the bed. Also, there was no AC, so in super hot days it could be a problem and the most annoying thing was the buzzing sound from neighbors, as we understood it is some sort of typical buzzing sound in Poland to scare wild animals?

The location was good, bus stop 2 minutes from the property, good value for money, Bozeova ( hope its spelt correctly) was a fabulous host, huge communal area for cooking and relaxing. I really can't say anything negative,
