Front desk lady was very friendly at check-in,when we 1st entered the room it had a bad smell bit not to bad we couldn't handle it, room was decent and fairly clean,rooms need updated, me and my wife we're both bitten by BED bugs the 1st 2 nights we stayed (was supposed to Stay 3 nights but we checked out to avoid getting bit more by bedbugs, manager would not refund us for the 3rd night even though we got ate up by bed bugs,I would not stay here again even if they had free rooms!! Ice machine was very nasty on the outside(see pics)

Virginia was very helpful

Staffing was great but room was dirty and bed was horrible. I felt every spring in the mattress. No way to get fresh air in the room.

The property is just very worn, but I will say it seems like they are trying. There are some materials in the lobby which look like they may be getting ready to replace some flooring. The hallways smell clean, but there were smears of paint up and down them showing attempt to cover years of rough treatment. The staff was nice. We were warned our door may not lock/unlock correctly. Upon opening the guest room we were greeted with a strong urine smell. The toilet was loose. The sink was stained with rust. The AC worked and the bed was comfortable. It was a cheap stay.

This place needs to be condemned. Pulling into the parking lot will be your first clue. Random “strangers” hanging out and potholes that will require you to get new rims on your car. Inside the rooms make the parking lot look like the ritz. Beware

Entered my room the floor was dirty. And the tub looked disgusting. It's was hot in the room couldn't use the A/C cause it looked like there was mold in the vents. The bedroom furniture needs replaced because they're pieces missing on it and the remote didn't have a back to it so the batteries kept coming out. Overall if you're looking for a cheap stay for a night I guess this would do but anything longer I would go somewhere else.

The overall condition of the hotel

The rooms are disgusting. Mold in the toilet and in the shower, soap scum on the mirrors, soap dish, and around the faucets, fridge was dirty, floors weren't swept or mopped, bottom of toilet was disgusting, and there was even dust on the a/c. When tried to bring it to front desk attention Virginia didnt want to hear the complaints.

The rooms, location, other patrons, slamming doors

Terrible place to stay at, my pregnant wife and I with our 2 children left within 30 minutes and went to book a new hotel. Disgusting, unclean, and smelly. They said they would refund us through Expedia since that's where I booked it through, but are now refusing to pay, staying that there were no complaints from anyone or anything. Terrible place, don't waste your money here.

The breakfast was pretty low maintenance. On the website it said that breakfast would be from 6-11 and then we got there and they said it was only from 6-9. Our AC also smelled like cigarette smoke due to people smoking outside. Overall, we got what we paid for.

The hotel is sadly in need of updating and cleaning. We won't stay again.

The shower was difficult to adjust hot and cold. The beds were the worse, hard and u rolled to the middle. The toilet wobbled and the electrical plugs didn’t work, the building smelled of cigarettes and body odor.

The staff member Virginia was was really really rude and unprofessional and she always has a bad attitude she should not be working there 😠 she has been very difficult and disrespectful as far as the other staff members which is Ashley and the cleaning lady they are very sweet very nice the property is very awesome the gym definitely needs to be worked on they need to fix the treadmill because it's not powering on the laundry is awesome the rooms are the best

Clean room, great heat and air, very nice handicapped bathroom. There was a washer and dryer near the ice machine--very helpful! Staff was friendly, professional, and very kind.

Rooms smelled awful, holes in the wall, unfortunately I left an hour after I checked in drove 2 hours home. Please don’t waste your money! Staff was ok but awful room.

The hotel was dirty! The beds were dirty and the room overall was filthy! The tub was gross, the toilet and light fixtures were gross. Definitely would not stay here again!

Places, dirty rooms are horrible. Bed is completely uncomfortable. The service there was amazing. I will say that the lady counter in the evening shift was awesome. Checking in.However, on the other shift she was slower than anything had ever been with in my life
