Nothing really Mold in shower head, bathtub, cum stains on head board, couldn’t check in at 3:00 pm. Other guests were checked in after me, but I had to wait 2-3 hours after 3 pm to check in

I checked in around midnight with my family and the staff was superb, friendly and welcoming.

Staff was great. When we arrived my 3 rooms was not ready until 3 hours later.

Well, let me start by the good stuff. The breakfast was good. The room had stains in the carpet that I had to go out and buy me some house shoes cause the carpet were too dirty to walk on ,,the air conditioner made a rattling noise. I thought it was about to cut off and at 9 o’clock in the morning when checkout is at 12 our key card stopped working and the TV shut off. pretty much they were trying to put us out before our time I have never seen any place ever do that I have pictures, but I don’t see where I can upload them so I guess I will go on their page to upload them I will never stay at this place again. It is a dump. It looks like it should be charging by the hour.

Terrence. He was funny and friendly. Helped me when my room key didn't work. Went out of his way to meet me upstairs and help me out. I was exhausted so it was much appreciated. He also ensured I got a late check out which I very much needed. Also was worried when I came in and saw dozens of young boys for a baseball game thinking they might be loud and obnoxious through the halls, but they didn't make a peep and/or the hotel walls did a great job keeping out the noise and I slept great!

Friendly staff, simple check in/out, comfortable bed, good temp in room Hair in shower, sink, and bathroom floor when we arrived.

Clean room, decent breakfast

Room was well appointed. Amenities such as free breakfast and coffee bar was nice. One drawback was there was no daily room care.

My mom and I love staying at this hotel when we visit our family in Akron! The facilities are clean and well maintained and the staff are friendly and fun. Excellent hotel for a reasonable rate.
