The room was clean the beds were comfy. The lamp didn't work we had to use the bathroom lights not enough towels in the room. Bathtub was stained. The pool was closed and not mentioned on the web sight

The staff was unhelpful, and we booked a non-smoking room, we encountered cigarette burns on the bedsheets throughout our entire weekend stay, and the staff failed to address this issue. Additionally, towels were not replenished, and our room was never serviced during our stay. Breakfast only included a machine for orange juice and a small selection of bread. Inadequate staffing and shortages of towels and pillows. Additionally, The facility does not have air conditioning and has a strong odor smell.

The room was dirty sheets were stained and had hair in my bed. Took 15 minutes to get checked in. Drawers were dirty as well. Could only have cereal for breakfast because the waffle dispenser for the batter was broken they only offered that bread to make toast with no butter or jelly , yogurt, and a few fruit fruits.

It was very close to work. I did the pre check in online & then I had to do all of it again when I got there. There was no number by the door of the room I was given. One of the beds didn't have pillows on it. There were no bath towels & no bath mat. One of the hand towels was dirty. There was not a liner in the trash can. The floor hadn't been swept. There was black paint on the mirror.

Rude front end

We did not stay at this hotel due to the fact when we got there the lady at the front desk stated that our dogs had to be under 40lbs and when walking in the door smelled like mothballs one of the people that was staying there came out and said her room was dirty and I got refund and went to a nicer hotel! Will never recommend this hotel to anyone

That it was close to our location we was going the next day. I like that it was close to where we was going. But idk why we was put in a smoking room. I did NOT request that, we aren’t smokers. There was cigarette burn holes on the curtains, blankets on the bed. Countless screws and screw holes in the bathroom door. As to where bathroom door was falling apart. Instead of replacing it, they just put a bunch of screws in it. Looks extremely tacky. The refrigerator had tons of water in it and wasn’t cooling well. There was no coffee pot in the room. You had to get coffee the next morning at the breakfast bar. It was cheap. I’ve learned to be more thorough when booking a room.

The latest cation was great, the people were friendly The entire hotel smelled like cigarettes & marijuana. The room was dirty, and the beds were hard.

Not much maybe the coffee They need to have a better selection of food like maybe hard boiled eggs, different cereal than only 2 types, different fruit more than 2 types, just more selection of food

Everyone and everything was perfect. It was a busy weekend and lots of things and packed place going on. Staff did excellent job and we were in our room super fast. It was clean and bed comfy.

The room was clean and spacious. The hotel was quiet. I wish our rooms could have been closer together.
