Mainstay Suites Knoxville Airport

Staff was friendly, although we only talked to them when we first arrived and then didn’t for the rest of the time. Blanket and bed sheets had stains all over them, and you can tell water was leaking from ceiling at one point. It was really stinky as well. But you’re allowed to smoke in the rooms so there’s not much you can do about that. The elevator smelt like the wires were burning and when you walk outside it smells like they have a gas leak.

Room had a weird musty smell

Noisey AC. Bed was sitting on a metal frame and made noise every time you rolled over. Room had a weird musty smell.

Breakfast could have used some protein along with all the carbs. Coffee was very good. Hours until 10 would have been better for us. Location of the hotel met our needs. Staff cleaned the bathroom when we asked. There were creepy crawlers in the bathroom which we asked the staff to get rid of by cleaning. They said that the pest control service would come. They didn't come while we were staying at the hotel. Cleaning was good but didn't get rid of the bugs. The weather got hot while we were at the hotel and the humidity in the room was uncomforatble.

Cute pool, great desk person, cold ac, comfy bed. Good location Was a handicap room and shower and placement of shower head caused water all over bathroom floor. Huge water issue on bathroom ceiling

The bed was as hard as the ground. It definitely needs a freshen up every thing was out dated or the original. Could use a deep cleaning as well

Staff was great, room and hotel was clean. Solid on most things. Very good value price for the experience overall.

Location was great from the Knoxville airport. Plenty of restaurants in shopping and etc. to do. Breakfast was very slim pickings only one waffle maker, and pastries with juice for breakfast. And had to wait both mornings because there was only one waffle maker for various people waiting would be great to have more selection in another waffle maker.
