Residence Inn Alexandria Old Town/Duke Street by Marriott

The breakfast was excellent. Well presented. The food stations were nicely spaced and well maintained by staff. This is especially important as I typically appear in the last hour when things are winding down and sometimes a bit ragged at other hotels. Not here. The room was spectacular. Though old school and traditional everything was impeccable. I only had one night but this property would definitely be a location and facility to serve a multi-night stay over. Bravo

This stay provided us with everything we needed. Breakfast and coffee were great! The kitchen in the room was wonderful with a full fridge for our beverages. The hotel is located in a nice location, walkable to the riverfront or there is a shuttle available. Everything we needed at a very affordable price!

Perfect spot for our trip for graduation. The staff was friendly, helpful and available. The room was spacious and had just what we needed. The room was clean and the staff kept it that way for our stay. Very pleased and will surely stay again!

Breakfast could have a little more variety. Sausage and tater tots could be cooked/heated before being placed in the serving dishes. Overall not bad.

We always stay here we we are in DC . 2-3 times a year. Great place. Whole Foods next door. 5 minute walk to metro. Nice people at desk. Decent breakfast.

Great location within walking distance to main street in Old Town Alexandria. Clean, comfortable large rooms. All the appliances worked properly. Excellent restaurant - jazz club adjacent to hotel. Very friendly and accommodating staff. In general met and exceeded standards for Residence Inns. Air conditioning unit in bedroom was mildly noisy.

Location, free breakfast, staff. The queen bed seemed smaller than a regular queen. Single bed rooms should really have a King in this day and age.
