The front desk staff was very friendly and the breakfast was nice.

The breakfast was very decent. Eggs, waffle maker, breakfast meat if you like that, a bunch of bagels/toast options cereal yogurt and so on. I don't really think this property was worth 250+ but I was in a pinch so I booked it. Probably would not pick it again.

Easy to find, convenient location to SUNY Buffalo right across the street. Lower price than other nearby hotels. Rooms were dated. I found the bed to be uncomfortably firm (although my partner did not mind it). The hotel felt stuffy on a warm and humid day outside.

Out unit would have been improved if a towel rack had been installed close to the bathroom sink. All in all though it was a good place for our 6-day stay.

The hotel serves its purpose. Walking distance to university of Buffalo, and pizza shop and gasoline station

Rooms are very outdated and falling apart. Smells from the halways and room A/C unit, very unpleasant. Tiles in bathroom were missing large sections of grout. We decided to check pool. Luckily, we did not suit up. Pool was disgusting. Scum on the bottom made our minds up about that choice. Breakfast was not horrible. Found enough choices to tide one over. Would I recommend this establishment? No, I would not. Room#227 FYI.

Brkfst very good. Great location just 30min drive to Niagara Falls.

It was very nice and quite, It would have been better if when staying longer then a day the garbage gets picked up on a daily basic.
