Nice stay!

We've stayed at this hotel plenty of times in the past and it has always beem greatbut this time around it was a little unpleasant and it may not seem like a big issue but justbthe fact of not informing the guest before hand is what kinda got under my skin, ALL of their tv's were down due to renovations. Again it's not that big of an issue but at least inform the ppl prior to making a reservation especially if we have kids, how are we suppose to keep them busy for 2 days. Im not asking for discounts or anything special all i would like is a notice prior to getting the room that way we have options

unbelieveable, checked in to a 100.00 PER DAY deposit, and informed SORRY no TV. 2 days and it doesnt even turn on. Should be at least a particle refund. No maid service but will bring clean towels, that didnt happen either! Do better Hilton, this was unacceptable

the location was ideal for the activities we were doing during that time. Overall, our room had issues. Our shower head was not in full operation, there was no shampoo on the rack in the shower, and the shower curtains leaked from inside to outside. Our pillows were flat regardless of how many times we tried to fluff them or stack them. One of our beds did not have a blanket, and we had to take it from the other bed in the room.

Ok rooms, needs cleaning

It was in a great location close to Disney within walking distance or driving. Now when we stayed the cable wasn’t working at all contacted the front desk and they inform me that their cable wasn’t not functioning at the moment. That was very unfortunate because we came with kids and before bed they typically watch tv to wire down

I stayed at this hotel to attend a convention in Anaheim. The hotel was well kept and within walking distance. The cable was not working but they compensated with complimentary parking.

We arrived and the hotel alerted us that they were having some renovations which would mean their cable would be out. They offered us a free breakfast(one day), which was a subpar Buffet as compensation for no cable. A few days into our stay, they gave us a piece of paper saying that the water would be out from 10 AM to 4 PM the next day. When Expedia tried to get some kind of compensation for this, they told them that they had already gave us the free breakfast. The breakfast was compensation for the cable being out. Which made the gay they said a lie. Very shady hotel. I would’ve stayed at this hotel again if it weren’t for the dishonesty and randomly not even being able to go to the bathroom for six hours one day with no notice before check in. If you don’t like random unpleasant surprises, don’t stay at this hotel.

No tv that sucked it was really loud outside because the gas station

Breakfast is an overpriced continental minus the waffles. Service was excellent.

Pretty hotel and very clean. Tv wasn’t working, staff wasn’t helpful at all and the shower head was made for a shorter person. Had to grab the shower head and hold it in one hand and shower with the other. Not helpful at all.

Hot tub and location

Wonderful location. Reasonable parking cost compared to others in the area. Staff was very kind and helpful. Room was very outdated but clean. For a nice clean room and bathroom and place to lay my head, it was perfect.

Close to Disneyland and Toy Story parking lot. Great place to start your journey to the happiest place on earth. The Bed it stiff

Overall everything was fine.

Location is great, near Disney park and Anaheim Convention center. Room service can be better.
