Great location for what we needed and room was clean.

Check in with expedia booking was a nightmare. The staff did not know how to connect the payment, delaying check in for almost an hour with me having to do the legwork with Expedia. She wanted me to pay again! Finally resolved, we checked into our room. The toilet made a strange noise and when another room showered, the pipes were so loud you had to leave the bathroom door closed. Breakfast spread was the best of our travel in affordable hotels, but the lobby had a strange smell that lingered into the eating area.

The breakfast was very good and quote a selection. The staff were so nice and very helpful. We enjoyed our stay there.

Second time I have stayed in this location and will reserve there from now on.

The room smelled musty. Drape was not hung right and was difficult to close completely.

We were in town for a high school graduation. The hotel was in a good location; right next to I-35. Rooms were clean and breakfast was good. Lori at the front desk was amazingly accommodating. We called after checking out and explained how we had left a personal item in our room - she personally went up to the room and retrieved it and held it at the front desk for us. Would stay again!

Rooms were nice and the location was perfect. They did not make your beds or take the trash out when you left the rooms. We had to ask for more toilet paper.

The beds are ridiculously high

I really don’t have anything nice to say about this hotel. Day shift front desk lady was kind of rude, breakfast was horrible, and I had to go through the supply closet to find Kleenex because housekeeping didn’t replace my room’s.

Good location, friendly staff

Starting with my check-in, Lori was fantastic! Friendly, very helpful and made everything about getting settled very easy. The hotel smelled clean (lobby, hallways and my room). Bed was comfortable and it was quiet which made for easy sleeping. Can't think of anything. There were several things I didn't take advantage of that looked good though (small gym, breakfast, etc.)

The staff is very helpful and friendly and the property is well maintained. My only complaint is the electrical outlets by the bed did not work and we needed them for medical equipment and it would be nice to have vending machines on the floors.

The staff was kind, welcoming & helpful Our TV did not work and our smoke alarm was hanging off the ceiling. We were told someone would be up to take a look at it, but nobody ever came.

Checkin, checkout, room, breakfast, all per our satisfaction! No issues!

The hotel was in a good location. The rooms were clean and the staff was friendly. The staff had a hard time keeping up with the breakfast crowd.

The gravy for the biscuits & gravy was cold. Coffee was cold. Rooms were clean. Front desk was very nice.
