Great stay! The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well-kept. Ashlyn was very friendly and helpful during check-in and check-out, making our experience even better. We will definitely stay here again!

Needed to leave a day early. Staff was insensitive. Was not aware of the 100 hold, not disclosed. Experience was not positive at all. Did not receive a receipt when I checked out early. Email promised, but not received. Would not recommend to anyone. Ever!

The staff was friendly and the room was clean. They could use some new pillows.

The rooms are a nice size and laid out well, but the fridge had black mold in it and was unusable. The room overall was damp and warm (helping those molds grow!). Our second room had mold growing on the bed skirt. We would not stay here again - especially for the cost I paid to have connecting rooms that were nowhere near each other and the much nicer hotels in the area.

My bathroom in my room was not clean. It was very noisy like someone was tearing down the hotel. I called the front desk to complain. Nothing was done it went on for 3 or more hours.

No ac. Dirty. Bugs. Ripped sheets and couch. Makeup and false lashes in bathroom.

Hotel needs to be updated. Breakfast was basic. Hair in tub. Sheets looked stained. Difficult to get in and out of property onto the major road. Would not stay here again.

The front desk staff were super friendly, definitely 5 star. Property was clean. Only complaint was that the room smelled like smoke, which I know of hard for the property to control and deal with but my allergies didn’t like it.

Convenient location for our needs

Is as advertised. Elevator was a little sketchy at times overall, I would stay there again.

I that day a brought it to the front’s desk attendant, she asked me how long I was staying or and I told her we were checking out on Tuesday 5/26. She said ok, I’ll send someone to clean it (they were booked, therefore she couldn’t give me another room). I said ok. When we came back the curtain was changed, the mold in the shower was still there. I noticed they tried cleaning it but It was not completely clean. The discharge was still there. Again it was late, so we just went to sleep. Next day we went out, however, my daughter stayed in the room. Around noon they knocked and told her that she needed to checkout because we had only paid for 2 nights (we had paid for 4 nights from the 22-26), I had to come back to the hotel and spent about 2 hours dealing with the issue. The attendant threatened me to call the police on me for trespassing if I didn’t leave, meanwhile my belongings were locked in the room. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anybody. They had a pool, but I wouldn’t dare to go in there based on the cleanliness of our room.

I had to pay an extra $20 to use the"free" pool. TV was missing a remote and it took two calls and over an hour for someone to bring a new one. Bathroom light flickered aggressively and I was told there was no maintenance on site and no other rooms available. Bathroom mirror was filthy. Couch/hideabed and chair in the suite were both broken and uncomfortable. Tiny child-sized toilet. I would have given this a rating of two stars except the breakfast was nice, with hot food and plenty of tables.
