Our stay here was excellent! The outside of the property has been refurbished along with the inside of the rooms. The bed was firm but comfortable. Hardwood floors throughout and tile in the bathroom. Excellent customer service! We come to Nashville often and will definitely be staying at this property again. Excellent room for value. Also, I appreciate being able to park in view of my room. 5 stars all the way for the value!

Worst motel ever , very dirty !

Rooms larger than usual very comfortable king size bed large side stand with refrigerator microwave nice hot water TV remote did not work probably needs. Batteries didn’t have any with me bed nightstand been turned off. Eliminate electricity to that bed nightstand have to find new electrical outlet to charge telephone or computer otherwise very excellent. Stay for the most reasonable price only 15 minutes from downtown Nashville.

Everything specially the manager she was very rude and scammed me of my money after I canceled after seeing how poor the service is

Clean room, good staff, no coffee

People were very friendly and price for what you received was sufficient. Room was dated.. No tissues, no towel bars, amenities were lacking. If you just wanted a place to put your head and save money this was great. Also first day no cold water in sink.

I the get the reasoning behind requiring a deposit and I'm fine with it but you display two different policy for cash customers versus credit customers. Why does the credit customer have to wait for the hold to be removed once they check out this was the first time it wasn't instant. I would have rather had the option to cash. I get my check out would have been longer. But because I in all likelihood won't stay again.The location depending on the time was not the best. So i would have liked all my business to be settled personally.

Was locked out of my room , crappy Internet and only 4 channels on TV with was mostly static. Outlets broken, so unable to charge anything and no coffee

Great price for a nights rest when traveling...the room was very clean, sheets and bed were clean and comfortable..bathroom very clean..staff was nice and friendly...no breakfast...would definitely stay again

We weren't able to stay there. Refused the room that was already booked. Thru no fault of theirs. Winter storm shut off power.

Close to highway, gas stations. Large room with plenty of counter space. Bigger fridge still mini. Microwave in room didnt work, no ice machine or hairdryer but all good for price, location and cleanliness its a great space
